Embedded C/C++ Software Engineer

About the role

Our client, a global leader in telecommunications technology, is seeking Embedded C/C++ Software Engineers to develop high‑performance real‑time software for next‑generation mobile networks. The position is based in Vietnam and involves collaboration with international engineering teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain real‑time embedded software in C/C++.
• Translate technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during integration and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
• Senior engineers will lead technical design, mentor team members, and drive complex feature development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Strong C/C++ programming skills with solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in embedded software development (from recent graduates to 5+ years for senior roles).
• Understanding of wireless communication technologies and LTE/3GPP standards is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with RTOS, Linux, Git and Agile development practices is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
