Import & Export Staff

About the role

We are looking for an Import & Export Staff to support our international trade operations at our Hai Phong facility. The role involves coordinating shipments, preparing documentation and ensuring smooth flow of goods across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Check shipping schedules with forwarders and agents, obtain and compare quotations.
• Align production and export timelines to develop export plans.
• Collect and evaluate quotations from multiple forwarders to secure best rates.
• Organise trucking, loading plans and coordinate with production, warehouse and forwarders.
• Verify export customs documents (CDS), issue shipping instructions, review bills of lading.
• Prepare and obtain original certificates such as Certificate of Origin and Health Certificates.

Required profile

• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Recent graduate with a relevant degree or up to two years of experience in import‑export.
