IT Security Consultant – Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Consultant to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on strengthening our IT security governance, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and industry standards while supporting secure business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Strengthen the enterprise security posture by safeguarding applications and services.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, including emerging threats.
• Support vulnerability management, penetration testing, and continuous monitoring programs for IT applications.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal and external regulations and frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, ISP, and software development teams to produce required documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security management, cybersecurity, internal audit, compliance, or related roles.
• Advanced English communication and writing skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, ISO 31000 Risk Management.
