Operations Manager (Forwarder-Logistics)

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead the forwarder‑logistics team in Hanoi, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes, high customer satisfaction and compliance with customs regulations. This senior position requires hands‑on leadership to drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced freight forwarding environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assign teams, design and implement work processes, and monitor staff performance.
• Define minimum operational standards for tasks such as FCR issuance, document dispatch, PSA and SA transmittal.
• Ensure all assignments are handled promptly, thoroughly and accurately.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain seamless logistics flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational management within logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain.
• Strong hands‑on leadership style with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to support and develop team members.
