Forwarding Staff

About the role

The Forwarding Staff member will support One Asia's import‑export operations in Hanoi, handling shipment documentation, carrier coordination and schedule management. This position works closely with customers, vendors and overseas agents to ensure smooth outbound and inbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Receive orders and information from customers and verify details.
• Check schedules, rates, carrier options and space availability; make bookings.
• Prepare and issue all required documents for outbound and inbound shipments, including shipping instructions, bills, billing, AMS filing, pre‑alerts and manifests.
• Process payments and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate transport arrangements with vendors and overseas agents.
• Validate, confirm and follow up on shipment status.

Required profile

• English CV with photo.
• Good command of English.
• 1–5 years of experience in ocean export/import operations.
• Experience with US and EU markets is a plus.
• Strong collaboration, multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• High discipline, honesty and proactive attitude.
