Senior Officer – Tungsten Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Officer to support the Tungsten Procurement function at Masan High‑Tech Materials. The role will work closely with the Procurement Manager and the Supply Chain Compliance team to develop regional sourcing strategies and negotiate with key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager – Tungsten Procurement and Supply Chain Compliance in developing and executing the regional procurement plan, focusing on key segments, regions, and suppliers.
• Liaise with suppliers on commercial negotiations to achieve business KPIs such as margin improvement and payable‑day targets.

Required profile

• University graduate in English and International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Commerce or a related field.
• Professional knowledge of import‑export processes, international payments, shipping, international commerce and contract law, including Incoterms and risk management.
• Basic understanding of Conflict Minerals Compliance regulations and reporting, with experience in Responsible Business Alliance initiatives.
