Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to support our CEO and senior leadership team in a fast‑moving startup environment. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes while helping to build a technical team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure cost‑effective services.
• Oversee people operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Provide executive support to the CEO, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information.
• Administer HR functions such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and policy compliance.
• Maintain office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role within a lean, high‑growth startup or regional operation.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on creating efficient, repeatable systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and anticipate the needs of senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
