Organization Development Manager

About the role

Money Forward Vietnam is looking for an Organization Development (OD) Manager to act as the strategic driver of organisational health and the guardian of its unique culture. The role bridges Money Forward Japan’s core values with the Vietnamese tech talent market, ensuring that the company’s people strategy supports rapid growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organisational structures that align with business objectives and promote agility.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top tech talent.
• Lead internal communication strategies that reinforce culture and keep employees informed.
• Create and oversee learning & development programmes that build capabilities across the organisation.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable people‑focused plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in OD, HR, L&D, employer branding or internal communications.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team with a proven record of results.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional areas and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
