People & Organisation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced People & Organisation Manager to lead and strengthen our core people practices. In this senior leadership role you will translate the overall People strategy into scalable programs, processes and solutions that support rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the HR Business Partner and People Operations teams, setting priorities, performance standards and a culture of accountability.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and relations, providing compliant HR solutions.
• Drive organisational development initiatives including learning & development, career frameworks, talent reviews, succession planning and change‑management programmes.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, salary reviews, incentives, promotions, job leveling and benchmarking while ensuring consistent People processes and policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering insights that shape decisions and collaborating cross‑functionally to enhance culture and organisational effectiveness.

Required profile

• 7+ years of HR experience, including 2–3 years in a senior People‑manager or HR‑business‑partner role.
• Background in a mid‑sized or larger organisation (300+ employees) with hands‑on experience across HRBP, organisational development, People Operations and compensation.
• Deep understanding of organisational strategy, workforce planning, talent management and change management.
• Proven ability to turn complex organisational challenges into practical people solutions.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• Excellent business acumen, organisational skills and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
