About the role

As a Production Development Industrialization Specialist you will turn innovative concepts into high‑quality, cost‑effective, and eco‑responsible sporting goods. You will be the guardian of seamless reproduction, ensuring every bag meets Decathlon’s rigorous standards for quality, cost, lead time and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product development for soft equipment (bags) within the local production team.
• Transform innovative concepts into high‑quality, cost‑effective, and environmentally responsible sporting goods.
• Ensure each product meets Decathlon’s standards for quality, cost, lead time and sustainability.
• Drive industrialization processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.
• Collaborate with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to optimise manufacturing workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in garment production, preferably at the product development stage.
• Strong passion for sports and understanding of sports‑wear dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English.
