Senior Personal Assistant – Technical Department (HcP/TEF)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Personal Assistant to support the HcP technical department (HcP/TEF) at our Long Thanh plant. The role combines executive assistance, travel coordination, budget management and event moderation across Bosch Vietnam locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance to the HcP technical department, including travel arrangements and coordination tasks outlined in the TEF man‑map document.
• Act as the key user for sample workshops and coordinate sample production with the manufacturing area.
• Manage the TEF budget in line with Business Planning (BP) and current forecast (CFx).
• Organise regular meetings, follow OPL and participate in vision‑mission activities to support HcP’s strategic goals.
• Serve as moderator for HcP and other Bosch Vietnam sites, ensuring smooth communication.
• Contribute as a core member of plant events and handle additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanics or Chemistry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in an international company.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving, creativity, planning and team‑building abilities.
