Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for logistics and e‑commerce positions at our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent for operations, warehousing, transportation and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for critical and high‑volume logistics roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit.
• Provide stakeholder and hiring manager support throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in e‑commerce or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the logistics labour market and technical job profiles.
• Proven success using diverse sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
