AI Engineer – Supply Chain

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an AI Engineer focused on supply chain and logistics. You will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to implement AI use cases in logistics and operations.
• Build and experiment with agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) with APIs, internal systems, and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) via REST connectors.
• Support the development and optimisation of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Assist in deploying agents on orchestration platforms like n8n, Copilot Studio, or Databricks/Genie.
• Contribute to testing, evaluation, and prompt engineering to improve solution quality.
• Help move AI prototypes from staging to production environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in AI, software engineering, or data engineering (internships or projects count).
• Strong interest in supply chain, logistics, or ERP systems.
• Eagerness to learn cloud deployment, enterprise integration, and emerging AI technologies.

Required skills

• Solid Python programming skills.
• Basic familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or open‑source models.
• Knowledge of at least one agent/orchestration framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex, n8n, etc.).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration concepts.
• Interest in RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
