AI Engineer (with Joining Bonus)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (BGSV), Bosch's first software development centre in Southeast Asia, is hiring an AI Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City. The Senior Engineer develops and implements machine learning models to meet business and technical needs across product portfolios, analysing large datasets, building predictive models and preparing AI solutions for deployment in engineering applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with project requirements and customer needs
• Analyse large datasets to extract features and identify patterns for model training
• Integrate and deploy AI/ML models into existing software systems and platforms
• Apply statistical analysis and data validation to ensure training data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solution design
• Evaluate, validate and tune models to optimise performance
• Mentor junior engineers on machine learning concepts, coding practices and data analysis
• Use modern frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies

Required profile

• 3 to 4 years of experience
• Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models
• Ability to build products from scratch across the full product lifecycle
• Proficiency in English and office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering or a related field; Master's is a plus

• Modern ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Programming: Python
• Generative AI and LLMs (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases)
• AI agents, NLP, neural networks, OpenCV
• MLOps, model validation and evaluation, data annotation basics
