Air & Freight Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead air freight business development for Samsung SDS Vietnam. The role focuses on acquiring new non‑Samsung air cargo customers across Vietnam and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new air freight customers, targeting non‑Samsung accounts.
• Conduct direct sales activities throughout Vietnam to grow the customer base.
• Design and present 3PL/4PL proposals, leveraging market insights to uncover new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with pricing and operations teams to ensure alignment on pricing, service delivery and customer requirements.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technology or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles within logistics, freight forwarding or digital platform environments.
• Proven track record in air freight sales and strong understanding of the logistics industry.
• Established network of customers in the US or EU is a plus.
