Air Pricing Executive

About the role

The Air Pricing Executive joins CEVA Logistics' country‑level operations team to manage the transactional and administrative aspects of air shipment pricing. This position ensures that every shipment is processed in line with global station standards and GBS processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all shipment‑level operational tasks related to air pricing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with global stations and GBS teams to align local execution with worldwide guidelines.
• Apply strategic, tactical and operational guidance provided by the Air department.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and documentation for each transaction.
• Support internal and external customers by addressing pricing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Experience in transactional Air Operations.
• Proven ability to work with both internal and external customers.
• Basic to advanced understanding of customer service principles and practices.
