Asia Corporate Customer Planner

About the role

The Corporate Customer Planner leads and develops a team of Customer Planners to meet sales and inventory targets across the Asian market. This position combines team leadership, process improvement and close collaboration with internal functions to ensure high‑quality service for corporate customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train the Customer Planner team to achieve sales and stock objectives.
• Handle complex customer escalations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics and finance teams to align demand, inventory and risk management.
• Monitor and improve lead times, order cycle times and overall process efficiency.
• Analyse data and forecast demand to support strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑service or planning role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage demand, inventory and risk.
