Assistant Brand Manager (Product & Sport Management)

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (Product & Sport Management) to support the development and execution of our brand’s strategy in the Vietnamese market. The role will work closely with the Brand Manager and cross‑functional teams to drive product growth, especially in the sports‑related segment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and help build short‑term and long‑term brand plans aligned with overall brand strategy.
• Conduct consumer and market research, competitor and trend analyses, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including packaging, point‑of‑sale materials, and digital media.
• Support product management activities, from concept to launch, with a focus on sports‑related products.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce and digital marketing teams to optimise online presence and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing events and activations that reinforce the brand’s positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; interest in sports is a plus.
• 2–3 years of FMCG brand experience.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms, digital marketing tools and event management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to present insights clearly.
