Assistant Manager, Agency Operation and Reporting

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our insurance agency network. You will work closely with IT, Legal and Operations to ensure smooth agency onboarding, performance monitoring and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance agency management systems.
• Govern the full agency lifecycle from recruitment through termination.
• Handle agency movements such as appointments, transfers, promotions, suspensions, resignations and terminations.
• Prepare and maintain agency contracts, licensing documents and official correspondence in partnership with Legal.
• Generate operational and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Banking, Insurance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a life‑insurance company.
• Basic life‑insurance qualifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
