Assistant Product Manager (Makeup)

About the role

LVMH is looking for an Assistant Product Manager (Makeup) in Ho Chi Minh City. The role executes marketing initiatives for new product launches, grows brand awareness and market share, and covers the Make-Up category (Dior Addict, Rouge Dior, Dior Forever, Backstage...). It also includes product management covering forecasting, replenishment, POSM and registration, supporting new launches and trade marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Demand forecasting for the Make-up category and managing the full product lifecycle, including catalog updates, product registrations and renewal, and the phase-out of discontinued SKUs
• Work with the local Regulatory Affairs team to submit and track product notifications and licenses before launch dates
• Monitor competitor assortments and market trends to identify portfolio gaps and prioritise hero lines
• Ensure new SKUs are listed promptly with the Retail team and run sell-out analyses and campaign ROI reviews
• Build and run integrated 360-degree launch campaigns with CRM, Training, Retail and VM teams
• Lead retail events (HPPs), seasonal campaigns and GWP schemes, including stock allocation and dispatch
• Coordinate monthly stock orders with the regional warehouse, maintain healthy stock levels of samples and AOG items, and help implement retail pricing updates

Required profile

• University or college degree
• At least 3 years of experience in product marketing
• Prior experience in luxury brands or the beauty industry is preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
