Business Process Execution

About the role

A global leader in engineered materials and innovative mobility solutions, operating across international markets, has hired a Business Process Execution consultant through Keystone AI. The role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and is onsite. It covers deploying and stabilizing new systems, coordinating pilots, managing change and reporting on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate rollout roadmaps into detailed deployment plans, coordinate pilots and phased implementations, and ensure timely delivery and stabilization.
• Track project milestones, maintain status reports and risk logs, and escalate issues proactively.
• Develop and deliver training, communication and change management plans, supporting user adoption through workshops and on-site coaching.
• Support user acceptance testing, validate system configurations, run data quality checks and coordinate issue resolution with IT and data teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and help franchisees integrate new systems into their business plans and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, build dashboards and performance reports, evaluate commercial impact and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Foreign Trade or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project implementation, change management, retail/franchise operations or CRM/ERP deployment.
• Experience delivering training programs and driving user adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Solid analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken business English.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite, including outside standard hours or on weekends when required.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Jira, Asana or MS Project.
• Highly organized, process-oriented and detail-focused.
