Center Head Of Sales

About the role

As the Center Head of Sales at Wall Street English, you will be responsible for leading the sales team at the Ho Chi Minh City centre. You will mentor and oversee Educational Consultants, drive cash collection performance and strengthen the brand’s presence in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the centre’s sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide day‑to‑day mentoring and performance oversight for Educational Consultants.
• Manage net cash collection (NCC) and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and execute sales pipelines, forecasts and planning activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 6 years of relevant sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• University or college degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Sales or Marketing.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Demonstrated leadership, integrity and a solid understanding of core sales principles.
