Chuyên Viên Marketing (ABM - Assistant Brand Manager)

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Brand Manager in developing industry and product strategies, planning and executing marketing programs that align with the brand’s objectives. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City and works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful brand activation. The role requires strong analytical abilities and the capacity to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Brand Manager in building industry development and product development strategies.
• Create detailed marketing plans and oversee their implementation.
• Coordinate brand activation activities and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to support brand decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Administration.
• 2‑5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
• At least 2 years in an Assistant Brand Manager role at a multinational or large‑scale company.
• Graduated with honors or excellence is a plus.
