Clinic Consultant

About the role

The Clinic Consultant will act as the primary sales and customer‑care representative for our premium aesthetic clinic in Ho Chi Minh City. You will promote FDA‑approved laser, ultrasound, and radio‑frequency treatments, ensuring clients receive transparent information and a safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, presenting the clinic’s aesthetic services and driving sales.
• Conduct personalized consultations, explain treatment benefits, and address client concerns.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat visits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Collaborate with certified doctors and medical staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics or beauty industry.
• Well‑groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑care abilities.
• Fluent English proficiency.

• Fixed salary plus performance bonus (total income 20‑50 million VND per month).
