Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management System Manager

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits and Performance Management System Manager will work closely with the Head of HR and local HR teams to design, implement and maintain compensation, benefits and performance management programs across the organization. This role ensures alignment with the MD Division HR strategy while providing cost‑impact analysis and supporting international standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, revise and localise compensation and benefits policies and programmes, conducting cost impact analyses.
• Implement and maintain performance management systems in line with corporate direction.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure policies are applied consistently across all sites.
• Provide analytical support and reporting on compensation, benefits and performance data.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits design, performance management system implementation and HR data analysis, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong presentation skills and fluency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
