Compensation & Benefits Deputy Manager

About the role

The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Deputy Manager will lead the design and execution of a Total Rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, recognition and employee experience. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role ensures alignment with Vietnam’s labor laws and financial industry regulations while supporting talent attraction, retention and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and industry‑specific regulations.
• Collaborate with finance and business units to align total rewards with budgetary and strategic goals.
• Analyze market data and internal metrics to keep the reward structure competitive.
• Lead communication and education initiatives on total rewards for employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a managerial role within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese employment laws and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
