Custom & Freight Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customs & Freight Specialist to lead and coordinate both international and domestic freight operations for our Vietnam facilities. The role focuses on ensuring smooth customs clearance, accurate freight tracking, and effective collaboration with service providers while maintaining compliance and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end freight processes, including import, export and domestic shipments.
• Prepare and verify customs documentation and ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers and internal teams to schedule shipments and resolve issues.
• Monitor freight tracking systems, generate logistics reports and analyse cost data.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of customs procedures and trade regulations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in customs and freight operations, preferably in an international trade environment.
• Strong understanding of customs processes, regulations and documentation.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese with excellent attention to detail.
