About the role
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst – Customer Experience to enable data‑driven, customer‑centric decisions. The role will turn customer experience data into actionable intelligence that boosts satisfaction, retention and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse large volumes of customer experience data to uncover trends and insights.
- Produce visual dashboards and reports that support cross‑functional decision‑making.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into concrete actions.
- Continuously improve data models and analytical processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, AI, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with relational and/or non‑relational database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as SQL, Python and Power BI (or equivalent).
