Digital Marketing Specialist (1-year contract)

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns for the CMVD portfolio, targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients. You will work closely with brand teams and external agencies to ensure compliant, high‑impact digital execution across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams and external digital agencies to set up, launch, and track omnichannel campaigns for HCPs and direct‑to‑consumer audiences.
• Adapt high‑science medical content into compliant digital assets for platforms such as HCP portal, Zalo, mass emailing, Meta and Google Ads.
• Manage technical logistics for webinars and online events, including platform setup, registration tracking and post‑event reporting.
• Segment HCP databases, route assets through the internal MLR approval system, and maintain the digital asset library.
• Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance, producing monthly dashboards and post‑campaign insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or related field; life‑sciences knowledge is a plus.
• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital marketing execution, preferably in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
• Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce).
• Email marketing tools and digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, local ad networks).
• Web analytics (Google Analytics) and basic HTML/CSS editing.
• Graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe suite).
