Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist

About the role

Bosch Vietnam's Global Product & Service organization is looking for a Senior IT Product Marketing Specialist to help drive adoption of its global AI workflow platforms, which are used by nearly 500,000 users worldwide. The role combines product storytelling, adoption strategy, stakeholder engagement and execution to build awareness, trust and long-term engagement among global stakeholders and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own product messaging, positioning and internal branding for global workflow platforms, translating complex AI, automation and workflow concepts into clear business value
• Create executive presentations, newsletters, launch materials, playbooks, demos and enablement content, with persona-based communication for executives, IT teams, process owners, citizen developers and end users
• Drive adoption, engagement and migration initiatives, support onboarding, training, UAT enablement and user adoption programs, and gather feedback to improve them
• Support citizen development enablement with clear governance and operational communication
• Engage global stakeholders and leadership teams, support webinars, workshops and product showcases, and build user communities and champion networks
• Define and monitor adoption, engagement and satisfaction KPIs, use data to improve campaigns, and contribute to AI product positioning

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, platform adoption, enterprise communication or change enablement
• Experience driving adoption programs, transformation initiatives or enterprise platform rollouts
• Strong storytelling, presentation and executive communication skills
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow, automation, SaaS or enterprise platforms, or Low-Code / No-Code platforms
• Exposure to AI/GenAI products or transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of analytics, reporting or data-driven marketing
• Change management or internal community building experience
