Senior Product Manager

About the role

Roche is looking for a Senior Product Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to plan and manage its products in the healthcare field. The role covers planning and financial management, resource and marketing excellence, tactical market plans and innovation, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales Force, Market Access, Medical Affairs and SFE.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the external healthcare environment, policies and reforms, and define the life-cycle management strategy for the products in charge
• Develop business models for different channels and build plans for key stakeholders, including key accounts, payers, patient advocacy groups, professional associations and policymakers
• Build marketing plans with long- and short-term qualitative and quantitative objectives, and implement the launch excellence framework where relevant
• Translate the brand plan into an operational plan with clear goals, actions, accountabilities and measures, and set KPIs for the brand
• Ensure brand performance, implement tactical plans with cross-functional partners, optimize segmentation and targeting, and build the brand communication package
• Own the brand KPIs (lead and lag), sales performance and A&P, and ensure the approved budget is met
• Ensure compliance with rules and the ethical code when working with healthcare professionals, and support the sales and MA teams in line with the marketing plan

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in health, science, pharmaceutical or medical disciplines
• Experience in multinational companies within the healthcare industry
• At least 5 years of experience in product management
• MBA in Marketing and marketing and business development experience are a plus
