Director of Back Office – Indonesia Base

About the role

VinEnergo, a member of Vingroup, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Back Office operations from Indonesia. The role will oversee HR, legal, compliance and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s green energy mission and corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement back‑office strategies covering HR, legal, compliance and administration.
• Ensure corporate governance, employment law compliance and risk management across all entities.
• Lead organizational development initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with multinational teams and support overseas entity setup.
• Manage senior staff, budgets and performance metrics for back‑office functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Economics or related field; MBA/Master preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years in senior management.
• Strong background in HR, administration and legal/compliance, preferably with multinational exposure.
