Director of Corporate Services & Business Development

About the role

The Director of Corporate Services & Business Development will lead and strengthen the core corporate functions that support ETI Trade’s growth in Vietnam. This senior position oversees human resources, finance coordination, administration, internal controls, organizational development and new‑business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the operating model for the relaunch and expansion of SA, including recruitment and HR partnership strategies.
• Coordinate finance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and internal control compliance.
• Drive business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Oversee corporate services such as administration, procurement and facilities management.
• Develop and execute organizational development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 8‑10 years of professional experience with at least 4‑5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in HR, finance coordination, administration, corporate services or business development, preferably in a foreign‑owned environment.
