Division Manager, Merchandising (Apparel)

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Division Manager to lead our Apparel Merchandising function at our Ho Chi Minh City office. The role oversees the full merchandising lifecycle, from sourcing and costing to product development and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a merchandising team to meet business objectives and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Manage end‑to‑end merchandising activities including sourcing, costing, product development, order execution and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, garment factories, fabric mills and suppliers.
• Drive competitive sourcing strategies, cost optimisation, quality assurance and on‑time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, Supply Chain, Fashion or a related field.
• 15+ years of merchandising experience in the apparel industry, with at least 6 years in a management role.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, costing, product development, production management and vendor management.
• Experience in outerwear is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts and delivering results.
