E‑commerce Specialist (9‑Month Temporary Role)

About the role

We are looking for an E‑commerce Specialist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City on a nine‑month fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on boosting product visibility and driving traffic across major e‑commerce platforms through effective merchandising and media planning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain branded content for all products and the official store on multiple e‑commerce platforms.
• Collaborate with key account, marketing teams and external design agencies to create assets such as banners, product images, videos and shopping videos.
• Execute media plans aimed at attracting new shoppers and generating high‑quality traffic to product pages.
• Monitor and optimise on‑site merchandising and content performance using data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics or Commerce.
• 1‑2 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or related fields.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, campaign management and social commerce.
• Performance‑oriented mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable improvements.
• Quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes.
