About the role

VARD, a global leader in designing and building specialised vessels, is seeking an Electrical & Automation Engineer for its Seaonics division. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will support the development and integration of power and automation systems for advanced maritime projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and commission electrical and automation solutions for shipbuilding projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system compatibility and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for control systems and drives.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous engineering optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Passion for technical solutions and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork abilities and focus on continuous learning.
