Embedded Software Developer – Fresh Graduate Welcome

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City as an Embedded Software Developer. The position is open to fresh graduates and offers the chance to work on automotive CAN‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements in CAN Protocol and CAN Diagnosis (KwP, UDS).
• Design and develop embedded software suites for CAN communication and diagnostics.
• Propose technical solutions to meet customer demands and resolve issues.
• Execute unit and functional tests using an automotive simulation lab.
• Research new technologies and methods to improve automotive system performance.
• Follow the V‑Model development process and adhere to ASPICE standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of experience in embedded software development; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
• Good English communication skills.

Required skills

• C/C++ programming for embedded systems, including compiler usage and make‑files.
• Python scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell).
• Knowledge of CAN Protocol, Diagnosis (KwP, UDS) and ISO 14229.
• Experience with microcontrollers/microprocessors, sensors, I/O, UART.
• Understanding of Real‑Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and debugging tools.
• Ability to apply AI tools in professional workflows.
