Embedded Software Engineer – Classic AUTOSAR Integration & Testing

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer specialized in Classic AUTOSAR integration and system testing. You will work on production ECUs, translating customer requirements into reliable AUTOSAR solutions while ensuring compliance with MISRA, ASPICE and OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain AUTOSAR Software Components (SWCs) and manage ARXML files.
• Configure and generate the Runtime Environment (RTE) and integrate SWCs with BSW modules such as DCM, DEM, NvM, SecOC and CSM.
• Perform ECU integration, configuring BSW stacks, communication (CAN/LIN/Ethernet) and diagnostics.
• Write and debug embedded C/C++ test applications for constrained, real‑time ECUs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies across unit, integration and system levels.
• Create and maintain automated test suites for AUTOSAR components using test frameworks.
• Conduct RTE, BSW module and requirement‑based testing with full traceability.
• Run regression testing on AUTOSAR stack updates and tool‑chain changes.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Classic AUTOSAR integration and testing.
• Solid knowledge of MISRA, ASPICE and OEM (e.g., GM) standards.
• Ability to analyse customer requirements and ECU extraction data.
• Proficiency in embedded C/C++ development for real‑time systems.
• Experience with communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and diagnostics.
