Employee Experience Intern

About the role

The Employee Experience Intern will support Bosch Global Software Technologies’ internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Working closely with the HR and Marketing teams, you will create visual content that enhances the company’s culture and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and storyboards based on briefings.
• Design digital assets such as campaign key visuals, social‑media posts, internal newsletters and email marketing materials.
• Capture and edit promotional photographs and videos for internal and external channels.
• Assist with employee experience programs, including DEI events, promotion ceremonies and company gatherings.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student majoring in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp.
• Availability to work full‑time or at least four days per week.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere and After Effects for video editing.
• Ability to create polished presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
