Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist

About the role

Vinova is looking for a dynamic and creative Employer Branding & Engagement Specialist to strengthen its employer brand and how it connects with people across its regional teams. The role covers employer branding, internal communications and employee engagement, and is open in Vietnam (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang).

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run employer branding initiatives aligned with business and hiring goals.
• Grow the employer brand's presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and career platforms, creating posts, campaigns, visuals and videos.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment campaigns and candidate experience.
• Track and optimise metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion, keeping brand voice consistent.
• Plan and run internal communication strategies across regions via email, intranet, workplace groups and newsletters.
• Create content for company updates and campaigns, and drive engagement through creative campaigns and storytelling.
• Organise internal events, celebrations and culture-building activities, and support career fairs and campus events.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing and leadership on engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Press & Communications, HR or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in employer branding, internal communications, employee engagement or similar roles.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to have: experience in the IT/Tech industry or fast-growing companies.
