About the role
The Executive Leadership Coach will partner with newly appointed, high‑potential, and established technology leaders to accelerate their growth. This role focuses on non‑directive, inquiry‑based coaching that empowers executives to sharpen their decision‑making and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 1‑on‑1 and team coaching sessions for senior tech leaders, using structured, non‑directive techniques.
- Help executives reflect on their leadership style, identify blind spots, and improve strategic thinking.
- Ask powerful, open‑ended questions while preserving leaders’ ownership and agency.
- Support leaders in developing actionable plans that align with organizational goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading senior leaders or managing direct teams.
- Deep mastery of non‑directive coaching methodologies.
- Exceptional active‑listening and communication abilities, with the discipline to withhold personal solutions.
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and skill in navigating executive‑level relationships.
