Executive – Project Management Office

About the role

We are looking for an Executive to join our Project Management Office (PMO) at Bosch Group in Ho Chi Minh City. The role supports data collection, reporting and compliance for project portfolios across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect data from various project teams and compile portfolio‑level information aligned with customer requirements.
• Generate standardized project and portfolio status reports using established templates and schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation in designated repositories.
• Execute PMO processes for project monitoring and control under senior guidance.
• Utilize project management tools to track project data, resource allocation and budget information.
• Conduct quality checks on project data submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project team members to gather updates and resolve data discrepancies.
• Document PMO procedures and lessons learned to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, company policies and quality frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
