Facilities Management Manager

About the role

The Facilities Management Manager will lead daily operations across multiple warehouse and factory sites, ensuring that all facilities meet company standards and client expectations. This role involves supervising external service providers, developing operational procedures, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of warehouse and factory facilities.
• Manage and monitor outsourced vendors (technicians, cleaning, security) to meet contractual KPIs.
• Develop and maintain detailed operating procedures, maintenance schedules, and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in equipment operation, maintenance, or facility management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work within a facility management team and manage external service contracts.
• High ethical standards and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
