Facility Engineer – Bac Ninh

About the role

The Facility Engineer will be based in Bac Ninh and will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and optimisation of the plant’s core utility systems. The role supports both day‑to‑day facility management and new construction or expansion projects within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electrical, HVAC, chiller, CDA, clean‑room and other utility systems.
• Support new construction and expansion projects, including installation and commissioning activities.
• Review MEP and electrical drawings, technical documents and contractor submissions for accuracy.
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with technical standards and safety requirements.
• Perform testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of facility equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facility Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility, MEP, utilities or maintenance engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, chiller, CDA and utility facilities.
• Experience with construction projects, commissioning and facility maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
