Purchasing Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Purchasing Officer to join our team at Advanex (VIETNAM) LTD in the Phuc Dien Industrial Zone, Hai Duong. The role is responsible for sourcing raw materials and spare‑parts, managing purchase orders and supporting the procurement process for our production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate domestic and overseas suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
• Create and record purchase orders using the company ERP system and ensure accurate transaction documentation.
• Prepare payment requests and follow the internal purchasing workflow.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor delivery performance.
• Support the procurement team with ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and cost‑reduction mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High integrity and willingness to commute daily from Hanoi to the Bac Ninh factory.

Required skills

• ERP system usage for purchase order processing.
• Purchasing control and purchase management knowledge.
