Finance Controller/Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

The Finance Controller/Manager will lead the finance function at a manufacturing plant, partnering with the Plant General Manager to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all plant‑level finance activities, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Coach, develop and manage the finance team to ensure high‑quality output.
• Prepare financial planning & analysis, monitor variances and provide actionable insights.
• Manage accounting, financial reporting and inventory control processes.
• Control product costing and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of hands‑on finance experience, including at least 3 years in a finance manager role.
• Experience in a multinational or large enterprise within mechanical, electrical or communications industries.
• Proven expertise in FP&A, costing and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
