Foreign Market Policy Manager

About the role

The Foreign Market Policy Manager will lead the design, evaluation and harmonisation of commercial policies across multiple markets, ensuring consistent pricing, sales, and incentive structures. This role combines strategic policy development with rigorous financial analysis to support the company’s growth in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and standardise commercial policies across markets, covering pricing, sales channels, dealer and corporate/B2B arrangements, commissions and incentives.
• Unify product and service packages—including vehicle sales, rental, subscription, battery subscription, leasing and buy‑back—across all markets and sales channels.
• Build, audit and maintain financial models that support pricing decisions, profit‑and‑loss analysis and unit‑economics.
• Conduct commercial analysis to assess policy impact and recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement policy changes and ensure alignment with business strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in commercial policy, business strategy, commercial finance/FP&A, pricing or market operations.
• Proven ability to design and standardise business policies across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid financial modelling capabilities.
