Fresher Developer (Node.js / ReactJS / React Native)

About the role

SmartOSC Careers is recruiting a fresher developer in Hanoi for 2026, working on software development projects with Node.js, ReactJS or React Native. The company offers a three-month training programme for final-year students or recent graduates, followed by a commitment of at least one year of employment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in software development projects using Node.js, ReactJS or React Native.
• Work closely with mentors and senior developers to design, develop, test and deploy applications.
• Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot and improve existing applications when needed.
• Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks and development best practices.

Required profile

• Final-year student or graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Good English communication skills (about 6.5+ IELTS).
• Available for full-time, hands-on training for 3 months, then willing to stay at least one year.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Node.js, ReactJS or React Native.
• Relevant internships or hands-on project experience are an advantage.
• Experience in web or mobile application development is a plus.
