General Accountant

About the role

The General Accountant will support RSP Viet Nam’s finance function by handling tax compliance, preparing statutory reports and assisting with day‑to‑day accounting tasks. This position works closely with the Tax, Planning & Investment and Statistics departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit VAT and withholding tax reports.
• Prepare and submit Personal Income Tax (PIT) filings and maintain related documentation.
• Maintain records of tax invoices and certified PIT withholding certificates.
• Compile and submit reports for the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI).
• Generate project implementation and headcount statistics for the Statistics Department.
• Perform routine accounting duties such as checking and verifying transactions, cash payments and social insurance contributions.

Required profile

• At least 1–2 years of experience in general accounting or related accounting roles.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese tax regulations and accounting standards.
