About the role
Pandora Production Vietnam, a subsidiary of the world‑leading jewellery brand Pandora, is seeking a Group Leader, Production. The role will be based in the Singapore Industrial Park III, Binh Duong, and will focus on leading the production team to deliver high‑quality jewellery while supporting the brand’s mission of accessible luxury.
Key responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of production techniques, including jewellery manufacturing where applicable.
- Monitor and maintain process control and quality standards throughout the production line.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet output targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a production leader role within the manufacturing industry.
- Understanding of process control and quality standards.
- Preferred certifications such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001.
